Yearly Calendar and Daily Calendar
Please make sure to check both the Yearly Calendar and the Daily Calendar during the school year. What is the difference? The Yearly Calendar includes a list of all half days and days off. The Daily Calendar is a google calendar that includes events like Back to School Nights, Fall Fest, Assemblies, Dress Down Days and more! The links are below:
Uniform Information
Select the school: Select St. Michael the Archangel Bethlehem
Click “Start Shopping” and then you can enter the grade level and gender. Everything needed will populate.
A few recommendations: you do not need to buy the shoes on their site. You can find them cheaper elsewhere. The guideline for the shoes is black, brown, gray or navy leather shoes. Sperry or similar boat shoes are permitted. No boots, sneakers or shoes with logos or designs are permitted. No need to get a bunch of the gym uniform shirts. We have several fundraisers and opportunities to get t-shirts throughout the year that are gym uniform approved.
Most kids wear them instead of the gym uniform shirt.

Extended Care Registration and Information
Morning Before Care: Begins at 7:30AM
Afternoon Care: Starts at 3:15PM (2:30PM for Pre-K students) and goes until 5:30PM
Billing is done on a monthly basis and your family will only be billed for the amount of time you child is at extended care. Billing is done in 15 minute intervals and will be billed to your Simple Tuition Solutions Account.
Does your child have allergies?
If your child requires any medications or EPIPENS PLEASE READ!
Below is required paperwork that needs to be completed BEFORE school. We also recommend you bring in your child’s medication the week before school starts so the nursing staff can prepare all the paperwork ahead of time and are aware of allergies/medication requirements for each class. You can make drop off arrangements with us as it gets closer.
Interested in volunteering?
We have a lot of events throughout the year. This sign up will include events for the Fall and Winter months. Another form will be sent out in December for the Spring activities. There are descriptions regarding each activitiy however, if you are a new family and would like more information, please contact Mrs. Heil directly at lheil@st-mikes.com.
Option C: What is it? How to set up your account
Option C is the main form of communication between school and parents. It is important to login, set up your alert preferences and become familiar with the site. This is where grades 1-8 will see grades, you will order lunch for your child through this site, and this is the system where you will get text, email alerts and weather alerts. If you are new to the school you will receive a document in the mail outlining how to login and it will also include your temporary password.
